We are looking for an intern for the Human Resources department who will provide administrative support in the management of the employee´s lifecycle.
How can you become part of our success?    Assist in the update and maintain internal HR records (e.
.
sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
Assist in the preparation of HR documentation.
Give assistance in the creation of regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (work time hours, turnover rates, etc.).
Assist in payroll tasks by providing relevant employee information (e.
.
leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Participatation in different HR projects.
Assist in audits to the HR department.
Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries about HR related issues, providing guidance and interceding in conflicts resolution.
What skills do you need?    University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law) or Higher Degree in Administration.
English Spoken and written.
Level B2 (minimum).
Advanced Office Automation.
Excel / PowerPoint is a plus Skills required.
Teamwork, Initiative and proactivity, Communication capacity among others.
