The Group is present in 13 countries with 23 production plants, we have more than 3.500 employees, and its clients are the main automotive manufacturers worldwide.Teknia is the sum of its factories, the history of a company that built itself and has grown and evolved, thanks to the people who are part of it.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of Teknia's corporate HR team, based in our Madrid headquarters, and will contribute to the development and implementation of local/global HR projects and day-to-day tasks required to support the HR function.Collaborate in the detection of development needs, design, implementation, and monitoring of the training plan.Participate in the definition of recruitment sources, job interviews, and support in the onboarding process.Provide support in the management of social benefits.Maintain updated employee database in our ERP and collection and analysis of data required for the Human Resources Scorecard.Support the performance management process.Participate in the resolution of employee labour consultations.Participate in the development of new HR processes and policies and their digitalization.What you needUniversity education (Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.).Master's degree in HR.Possibility to sign an agreement with the University / educational institution for 6+6 months.Availability to start your internship in June/July.Good level of MS 365.Fluent in English.You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.You pay attention to details and strive for excellence.You are a proactive and dynamic person.You are curious and eager to learn new things and explore new ideas and approaches to solving challenges.You are enthusiastic and passionate, ready to invest yourself fully in your missions and bring positive energy to our team.What we offerA great opportunity for professional development in an international and multicultural organization, in a vibrant environment of transformation and growth.Work-life balance / flexible working hours, two days of home office, birthday day off, special summer working schedule.Competitive study allowance: €800 gross for graduate degree students and €900 gross for Master's degree students.
