LG April FINANCE AND INSURANCE FUNCTIONS Importante firma financiera internacional busca incorporar un/a Human Resources Business Partner.
Como HRBP serás el enlace estratégico entre los líderes de la empresa y la función de Recursos Humanos.
Tu misión será impulsar la realización de la estrategia empresarial a través de la implementación de prácticas de recursos humanos efectivas y centradas en el negocio.
RESPONSABILIDADES.
- Vincular estrategia empresarial con estrategia de recursos humanos.
- Colaborar en diseño organizativo y gestión del desempeño.
- Mejorar compromiso y cultura organizacional.
- Asegurar adecuado desarrollo y gestión del talento.
- Brindar asesoramiento a líderes empresariales.
REQUISITOS.
- Formación universitaria y al menos 8 años de experiencia en HR.
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia como HRBP.
- Habilidades analíticas, comunicativas y de liderazgo.
