She/he will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Job responsibilities.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
Working with senior leaders, managers, and employees to address all types of organizational and employee issues.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Leading a high-quality recruitment, feedback and communication process focused on a positive candidate experience.
Define and delivery best in class selection processes and tools, ensuring diversity and equality compliances.
Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Suggest new HR strategies.
Developing and updating HR policies and procedures and implementing solutions to achieve excellent internal communication.
Providing leadership in developing and implementing human resources projects within client group(s) and across the organization for corporate initiatives.
Analyse trends and metrics.
