Connect with us!Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced HR Analytics and Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team at Oetiker. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing three key areas: Compensation & Benefits, Reporting and Data-Analysis, and HR IT-Systems.Compensation & Benefits:Leading the global design, implementation, and management of Oetiker's Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy to enhance our competitive market positioning and ensure talent attraction and retention.Providing strategic guidance and acting as a business partner for Operational HR Leaders and Global Compensation and Benefits stakeholders.Conducting ongoing analysis and market insights to support business decisions and meet mandatory reporting requirements.Leading annual salary increase and Annual Bonus Plan (ABP) processes and managing global benefits, well-being initiatives, job evaluations, and benchmark vendors.Reporting and Data-Analysis:Compiling and reviewing people-data across the organization to improve reporting provision, ensure data accuracy, and comply with data protection regulations.Utilizing statistical techniques and analytics tools to analyze HR data trends, patterns, and correlations.Designing and creating comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders, including executive management.Developing predictive analytics models to forecast future HR trends and support strategic planning.HR IT-Systems:Acting as the project leader/process owner for all HR Systems processes and ensuring the reliability of data in HR systems.Serving as the main point of contact and internal support for HR systems, including SuccessFactors HCM system.Analyzing trends and needs for HRIT-systems, improving current system usage, and building strong relationships with HR systems suppliers and partners.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration, or related field. Excellent language skills (written/spoken) in English, additional language is a plus.Proven experience with 3-5 years in HR Analytics, Reporting / Comp & Ben preferably in a multi-national environment.Extensive reporting experience with knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators.Understanding of HR data privacy laws, information security, and quality principles.Sound experience as project leader and to work in interdisciplinary teams and to influence others to achieve goals/objectives.Technical savvy, accustomed and skilled working with tools for data management such as: SAC, BI, SAP (SuccessFactors), Excel, etc. High integrity, emotional maturity, and self-awareness.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure with resilience.If you're ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role and meet the requirements listed above, we encourage you to apply and join us in driving HR excellence at Oetiker.Additional InformationWorking together to make over 2 billion connections every year.
