40 hours per week with 2 days off Compensation.
Minimum €200 per month Key Responsibilities.
Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in processes Provide information about hotel services to guests Handle international correspondence with clients Manage complaints and answer incoming phone calls Assist with reservations, invoicing, and check-out procedures Candidate Profile.
Currently a student or trainee in Tourism, Hotel Management, Foreign Languages, Communication, Business, International Management, Public Relations, or related fields Open-minded, self-confident, and communicative Must be patient, friendly, and enjoy interacting with international guests and staff Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus Benefits.
