As the Head of Public Relations, you will wield significant influence in sculpting and enhancing PayRetailers public reputation, particularly within the ever-evolving landscape of financial technology.
Job duties and Responsabilities.
Strategic PR Development.
Spearhead the formulation and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies tailored to the unique nuances of the fintech industry.
These strategies will be crafted to bolster our brand visibility, credibility, and resonance within target markets.
Strong collaboration with the Marketing team.
Media Relationship Cultivation.
Forge and nurture robust connections with key media personnel, journalists, and influential figures within fintech and adjacent sectors.
Your adept networking abilities will serve to amplify our company's presence through strategic placements and engagements.
Media Coverage Optimization.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for securing favorable media coverage, leveraging your keen insights into fintech trends and market dynamics.
You will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that showcase our company's innovations, achievements, and thought leadership.
Media Monitoring and Reporting.
Implement robust monitoring mechanisms to track media coverage and sentiment pertaining to our brand and industry landscape.
Your analytical acumen will enable you to distill actionable insights from data, facilitating informed decision-making and iterative refinement of PR strategies.
Crisis Management Expertise.
Take the helm in navigating potential PR crises with finesse and agility.

Experience and Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Master\u00b4s degree strongly preferred.
Prior experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates with relevant expertise.
Proven track record of success in leading public relations initiatives within the fintech or financial services domain.
Demonstrated proficiency in navigating the complexities of media relations, crisis management, and strategic communications.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
Proficient level of Spanish and English.
