"Design beyond light".We aim to be promoters of creative talent and sustainability.We are looking for a professional with experience in the world of lighting design, interior design, or architecture to lead the projects department of Vibia "Lighting & Wellbeing Studio".You will be responsible for evolving and developing the new concept of project development within the organisation, aligned with the image and value proposition of the brand, ensuring excellence in services to our clients throughout the process.The position entails an important participation in the collaborative organisation of the company, both internally and externally, with intense participation in transversal and multidisciplinary teams.Main functionsTo evolve and develop the new concept of lighting projects at Vibia, based on the creation of atmospheres and scenes of well-being.To lead the internal team and external collaborators responsible for carrying out the lighting projects.Ensure the brand identity and consistency of the company's value proposition in all phases of the project from start to finish and its associated deliverables.In close collaboration with the Technical Support Area, carry out comprehensive lighting projects that incorporate all the necessary information to ensure the correct installation and integration of the product and its lighting control systems in the spaces designed.To ensure excellence in the services provided to our clients throughout the E2E process of designing lighting projects, in direct contact with them in order to understand their needs.Together with the Marketing and Expansion area, lead the creation and visual identity of Vibia Hubs and its implementation in key countries globally, as well as the product display at events, points of sale, etc.Collaborate in the process of attracting and converting projects together with other teams in the company.Expand the area of local collaborators in the group's international subsidiaries.Collaborate in transversal digital transformation projects within the company.Profile required (m/f)Professional with experience in lighting and interior design projects, used to managing teams.A high level of English and Spanish is essential.Creative person, with sensitivity for aesthetics and detail, dynamic and customer oriented.Passionate about interior design, architecture, lighting.Excellent spoken (in public) and written communication skills. Strategic and hands on profile.Used to working in complex environments, with a high ability to prioritise.Good self-management and team management skills.Resolute, dynamic and efficient profile.
