We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job descriptionReporting to CEO of Europe & Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for leading activities related to the origination of development and investment opportunities in a wide range of consolidated technologies such as solar, wind and storage but also on more nascent technologies such as biogas and hydrogen.The Head of Growth will also lead selected growth initiatives globally, covering new business areas for Enfinity such as inter alia – data centers, demand flexibility and new technologies and they will work with other departments, supporting new business through lead generation, and contribute to other project teams as needed. Key responsibilities:Lead and implement the origination strategy, negotiating and managing JV and co-development agreements with local and global partners for PV, wind and BESS globally.Overall management of acquisitions of energy projects, and strategic partnerships with industrial and technology companies locally and globally.Develop strategic growth plan for the next 5 years, in concert with the regional leadersCoordination with the three regions (Americas, Europe and Asia) in ensuring the corporate agreed approach and process to growth is followed.Manage implementation of strategic growth initiatives.Working closely with regional CEOs and CGO in innovating and scaling our work. Coordination with CGO in forecasting and identifying new areas of growth.Leadership of the business opportunity assessment process and the investment corporate approval proposals.Continue to build the project pipeline, open new countries, business lines and technologies for Enfinity’s future growth.Qualifications: At least 15 years of managerial experience in Renewable Energy, including Business Development/Origination and M&A. Experience developing renewable energy projects from early stage through financial closing, construction and operation.Strong leadership skills and previous experience managing a team of senior profiles.Work experience within the Solar PV and BESS industry.Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.Flexibility, interdisciplinary teamwork skills and willingness to travel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
