Head of Digital MarketingDo you have experience in driving customer acquisition?Have you launched a loyalty program?Do you excel in an entrepreneurial environment?MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading fashion brand, on the search for a Head of Digital Marketing, based in Barcelona. This will be a pivotal role in driving digital marketing, enhancing customer engagement and retention.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on CRM, ensuring seamless customer journeys across all digital touchpoints.Oversee the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives, including segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programs.Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted email marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and loyalty initiatives.Utilize CRM data and analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer experiences.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and more.What are we looking for?Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on CRM and customer engagement. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies and initiatives.Strong understanding of CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and data analytics tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.Competitive salary + benefits.
