Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.We’re looking for:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Controlling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the controlling function within the designated area of the company, overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role involves providing strategic guidance to senior management based on financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.Identify key business drivers and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for planning and analysis purposes.Financial Reporting:Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Coordinate with accounting teams to reconcile financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.Present financial results and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.Strategic Planning:Participate in strategic planning processes by providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial modeling to assess potential risks and returns.Assist in developing long-term financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.Controlling and Performance Management:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.Implement controls and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven experience in a senior financial role, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.What we offer:Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and a top International Scale Up.Attractive Compensation package.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.International and diverse teams.Coffee and fresh fruit every morning.At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
