Job Description The primary accountability of Asset Management Solution Owner is to Own and support physical device refresh and Lease refresh operational activities.
This role also is responsible to work closely with local market asset management teams, IT Support functions and Operations Support to deliver actions with local market asset management team.
Below are other key responsibilities.
Skills and Experience-  Minimum -year experience of professional experience in performing asset management operations activities.
Experience working with asset management inventory and service management tools.
String data analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets.
Excellent administration skills and self-motivated.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Performing periodic audit and data analysis to provide data quality information to IT Support functions, also highlighting gaps if any.
Co-ordination with extended support functions for resolving issues, escalating to management as required.
Support hardware asset and Lease refresh operational activities and co-ordination with IT Support functions.
Responsible to get all hardware assets refreshed which are approaching refresh cycle.
Communicate the asset refresh inputs with Asset Management team and responsible stakeholders.
Present the progress of asset refresh status to higher management.
Supporting users and support functions through Service Requests and Incidents reported.
Supporting requests and tracking the HW assets through assignments, returns or based on asset purchase ageing.
Managing Asset Management mailbox for addressing user queries or support requests.
Asset inventory and periodic reporting and co-ordination with IT Support functions for actions on IT Asset assets.
Following asset management policies and life cycle management governance, procedures.

The IT Architect Authority performs market agnostic technical planning, architecture development and modifies specifications as well as developing specifications for new products/apps/services and assessing the compatibility and integration of products and services to ensure functionality across interdependent technologies.
Typically reports to Senior IT Architecture Manager.
Who you are *     Works effectively with colleagues to develop technical stories which are aligned to defined architecture principles and patterns in line with the IT architecture vision and standards; *     Assists, advises and executes design, development, and deployment of digital architecture practices, standards, patterns and innovations; *     Uses best practice knowledge to ensure the holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain integrations (APIs), and technical enablers/stories, etc.; *     Maintains solid relations with the system integrator to ensure the solutions being delivered are aligned with Vodafone standards, best practice and business objectives, and the activity is signed off accordingly; *     Collaborates with the team to scout new technologies and vendors to enable innovation and identify technical enablers; *     Supports with providing strategic input and planning for large infrastructure initiatives/projects across the product’s lifecycle; *     Supports assisting with the creation of Requests For Proposal (RFPs) on technical requirements, evaluation of answers and supplier short-listing during RFP process; *     Uses communication skills on foundational architecture best practices and disruptive technologies and their implications; *     May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
