Tasks
Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
Explain product benefits and regulations
Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science
High interest in computer and printing technologies, including hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
Very good communication skills
