Below is a breakdown of the proposed duties.Key Responsibilities:The Global HR Functional Analyst responsibilities would encompass a range of tasks related to the successful deployment and utilization of the SuccessFactors suite across Avolta. Below is a breakdown of the proposed duties. Requirements Gathering: You would collaborate with stakeholders to understand their HR processes, needs, and objectives. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Data Migration: You would oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the process.Testing: Collaborate with the testing team to develop test scenarios, scripts, and conduct functional testing to validate system functionality against business requirements. You'd also be responsible for managing defect resolution processes.Training and Documentation: Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for People & Culture and HR end-users. Additionally, you'd create system documentation to facilitate user adoption and support ongoing maintenance.Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing functional support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features and functionalities within SuccessFactors and propose enhancements or optimizations to maximize the value derived from the system.This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the SuccessFactors platform to support Avolta’s People and Culture objectives and improve operational efficiency.Key Relationships:HR Technology. Stakeholders in all the regions. Global People & Culture Centers of Excellence for the domains covering Learning & Development, Talent, Performance and Succession Planning. What we are looking for:5-7 Years of experience in a similar role.In-house experience and as a consultant is a plus.Certified or relevant experience in SF modules: Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding.Experience in use one or more business process modelling tools is required.
