Requisitos del puesto
Your Profile:
- You are fluent in German and proficient in English.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are able to work in rotating shifts.
- You are an EU resident, or you have a valid work permit.
- Experience in GDS tools is nice to have, but not mandatory.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help and support the clients with inquiries, bookings, doubts, upgrades and rescheduling via phone calls, chat and emails.
- Manage customers’ bookings.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
