We offer a permanent position from start in September at our site in Arganda Del Rey– Spain.
You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

We are seeking a Future Talent - Business Development Executive to join a in our team based in Arganda Del Rey, Spain.
You will be working closely with the Business Development (BD) Managers and reporting to a Business Development Director.
You will be focusing on the Spanish and Portuguese market to support the expansion the number of Tetra Pak new customers, either as new direct customers with their own industrial facilities, or as new brand owners manufacturing through co-packers.
You will support in mapping the addressable categories in the local market, and prioritize the ones to focus Business Development activity.
Also assist in mapping potential suspects, and prioritize considering various criteria.
Your task will be helping the Business Development (BD) Managers executing initial contact with prospect to capture interest in a meeting.
What you will do   As a Future Talent - Business Development Executive you will assist the Business Development Managers with the following activities.
•    Develop and execute  " go to market" strategies that unlock and build business opportunities to grow in new categories with customers based in Spain, and doing business in the local and export markets  •    Generate leads -  Identify leads, Prepare first meeting with prospect, prepare to understand their business, strategy, categories, products, innovation.
Prepare a common agenda for the initial meeting to show potential innovation opportunities in different levels, in order to inspire the prospect with Tetra Pak •    Analize - Develop a deep understanding of the business model of the prospects from different angles (commercial, channels, exports, brand equity, targets, products, volumes, prices, margins, innovation, differentiation arguments, financial needs, operations, cost competitiveness, industrial model, sustainability, etc..
Validate consumer / channel insights with marketing research.
Identify potential roadblocks to the proposal and remove •    Propose -  Prepare final business proposal and quotations.
Collect learnings from other markets, and Sales Kits, and select the right arguments to use with prospects in new categories •    Collaborate -  Research and collect learnings about potential business opportunities in new segments.
Those learnings will be fine tuned with other BD and Marketing colleagues to build the Sales Kit to be shared with Team.
Collaboration with BD and Sales,  Marketing and Retail Team •    Participate in projects -  Support action plans with prioritized cross border customers.
Lead execution in special projects.
Support execution on Global Account projects.
Coordinate portfolio needs in new segments, and Product Development Needs (PDN) We believe you have •    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields •    Fluency in Spanish, and English is a must, Portuguese is a huge plus •    Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
