Role Description.
We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors Placement Agents and Investment Advisors with a strong network of highnetworth clients who are adept at navigating the sophisticated real estate investment landscape.
Your role will be crucial in.
Identifying and engaging high net worth individuals and entities for investment opportunities in our Mediterranean real estate projects.
Cultivating lasting investor relationships to ensure a robust funding stream for new acquisitions.
Candidate Qualifications.
Successful candidates will possess.
Proven experience in real estate investment A solid demonstrable network of highnetworth clients with an interest in exclusive real estate ventures.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage investor relations.
A documented history of successful capital raising and asset management in competitive environments.
Remuneration.
Compensation is based on a competitive success fee arrangement offering the potential for substantial rewards contingent on your performance in fundraising.
