Job Description For FRONT OFFICE MANAGER(HOZ) in Barcelona,Spain.
Description The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the front desk department at Hotel Sofia Barcelona, Hyatt.
This role plays a key part in creating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring high-quality service, and seamless operational efficiency in the reception area.

eam Leadership.
upervise and lead a team of receptionists, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment.
rovide ongoing training for staff development and ensure compliance with service standards.
perational Management.
oordinate daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservation handling, and room assignments.
ollaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and a seamless guest experience.
ustomer Service.
nsure exceptional customer service by proactively addressing guest needs and expectations.
esolve problems and complaints effectively, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
eservation Management.
versee reservation management, ensuring accuracy of information and room availability.
ptimize occupancy and revenue through effective room assignment and pricing strategies.
inancial Control.
ollaborate in the preparation and management of the department budget, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
articipate in the implementation of strategies to enhance revenue and profitability in the reception area.
egulations and Compliance.
nsure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, including safety and quality standards.
tay updated on industry hotel regulations and norms.
