JOB FUNCTIONS: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations. Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues as needed. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked and ensuring all equipment is in working order. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following hotel policies and procedures. Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence and copying information. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items and delivering supplies to work stations. Serves customers by backing up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation and monitoring and purchasing meter funds. Maintains office schedule by picking up and delivering items as needed. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Requisitos : REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in OPERA PMS HOTEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and MS Office Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus). Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
