As a Front-end Developer at Darewise, you will bring our websites to life, improving existing content and aesthetics, whilst ensuring exceptional usability and performance.
Please note that this position can be hybrid-remote in either Paris, or our new hub sites in Barcelona and London.

RESPONSIBILITIES Support the advancement of our online presence and ensure its high quality is maintained Implement new components and features for the marketplace website Guarantee the performance and maintainability of our websites Communicate regularly with the technical project lead on progress, planning, and issues Take into consideration the user experience and proactively suggest improvements to user flows Produce high quality, properly structured code and ensure compatibility across platforms and browsers Work autonomously with support of our team in order to bring our vision to life BENEFITS FOR EVERYONE A competitive salary (based on experience) + discretionary part of the 20% profit shared with all employees 35 days off per year Flexible working hours without time tracking - we trust you to deliver on your work commitments Choose where you wish to live! S, AngularJS, etc)Experience with React and MUI (Material UI for React)Knowledge of Optimisation techniques for all platforms and devicesProficient with SASS/SCSSExperience with data privacy, GDPR and cookies Strong problem solving skills with an appetite for learning and staying ahead of the curve with cutting edge technologies and techniquesKnowledgeable in front-end infrastructure and systems At ease handling complex tasks and ability to work independently to deadlinesUI/UX knowledge with a concern and sensibility for all performance, usability and aesthetic mattersStrong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English, comfortable working with non-technical people and remote teamsInterest in game development and high self-motivationAlso nice to have.
