ob Description Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in our Cotton House hotel 5* from Autograph Collection, where history meets luxury in the heart of Barcelona.
Housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century landmark, our hotel blends timeless elegance with contemporary comfort to offer guests a truly unforgettable stay.
Train and mentor staff members to uphold high standards of customer service and product quality.
Oversee the setup of dining areas according to established guidelines and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the dining experience and increasing revenue.
Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
ob Requirements.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques, menu planning, and wine service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
