FIX CRM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Short Description We are looking for a Fix CRM Support Specialist to e nsure all customer complaints tickets/calls resolution according to the agreed SLA; manage and guarantee system performance and availability according to target KPIs.
Responsible for fix order management fulfillment and ensure that alarms, incidents, and technical complaints/reconciliations are being followed and addressed as per agreed processes and SLA and also for operation activities of Fix CRM Application and all integration elements.
What you’ll do Monitor production systems and services to ensure SLAs and other quality metrics are being met.
Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets/calls Troubleshooting application errors and performance tuning, create proactive /preventive maintenance proposals Work with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems Work with business support team to resolve customer related  problems Provide technical support and problem resolution for IT applications and operating systems   Assist in testing phase on selected projects.
Who you are Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering, or IT At least 2 years of experience handling IT service operations for Telco charging, CRM Solutions etc.
Extensive experience in handling customer complaints, system i ncident and problem management processes.
Good knowledge of Linux, Java, MySQL, Mongo, Postgres.
