Nos mantenemos en constante crecimiento y estamos contratando profesionales con distintos niveles de experiencia para completar el equipo de Finance & Product Development. ObjetivosParticipar en todo el proceso de alta de clientes y apoyar en la optimización del flujo de venta digital para cliente profesional (HNWI)Valorar fondos de capital privado ResponsabilidadesGestionar el alta de clientes, principalmente HNWISeguir, desde el punto de vista contable, los requerimientos de desembolso y distribucionesReporting a CNMVIdentificar y clasificar a los clientesPreparar la información a remitir a los inversoresSupervisar la elaboración de los estados contables de la SGIIC y de los fondos gestionadosValorar y determinar el valor liquidativo, y aplicación del régimen fiscal correspondienteLlevar el registro de inversores y del resto de registros de la SGIICMedir, gestionar y controlar los riesgos relativos a la estrategia de inversión de los vehículosSupervisar la recepción, ejecución o transmisión de órdenes RequisitosGraduado/a en ADE o similarExperiencia previa desde 5 a 15 años en puestos similares en gestoras de fondos y fondos de fondosExperiencia previa en valoración de productos de inversión alternativa (PE, VC u otros)Gran capacidad analíticaNivel alto de inglés Qué ofrecemosSalario muy competitivo con un componente fijo y variable. Crescenta has been created to boost the private capital investment space. We are constantly growing and we are recruiting professionals with different levels of experience to complete the Finance & Product Development Team.Objectives• Participate in the entire client onboarding process and support in optimizing the digital sales flow for high net worth individual (HNWI) clients.• Evaluate private equity funds.Responsibilities• Manage client onboarding, primarily HNWI clients.• Follow the accounting requirements for disbursements and distributions.• Reporting to CNMV.• Identify and classify clients.• Prepare information to be sent to investors.• Supervise the preparation of financial statements for the SGIIC and managed funds.• Evaluate and determine the net asset value and apply the corresponding tax regime.• Maintain the investor register and other SGIIC registers.• Measure, manage, and control risks related to the investment strategy of the vehicles.• Supervise the receipt, execution, or transmission of orders.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar.• 5-15 years of previous experience in similar positions in fund of funds management companies.• Previous experience in the valuation of alternative investment products (private equity, venture capital, or others).• Strong analytical skills.• High level of English desiredWhat we offerVery competitive salary with a fixed and variable component.
