FINANCE MANAGER

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and streamlining processes between our marketing, finance, and legal departments. This individual will be responsible for managing communication channels, overseeing invoices and payments, conducting basic legal checks, and providing support for finance and legal inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing, finance, and legal departments.Ensure efficient flow of information and timely responses to queries.Coordinate meetings and maintain clear communication channels.Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.Collaborate with the finance team to track payments and resolve any discrepancies.Maintain organized records of financial transactions.Conduct basic checks on partner companies and vendorsAssist in reviewing contracts and agreements, highlighting key terms and potential risks.Ensure all partnerships are documented and agreements are signed appropriately.Participate in chats with partners to offer support for finance and legal inquiries.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.5 to 7 years of experience with strong understanding in finance and legal principalesProficiency in Business Central (Ex Navision) will be much appreciatedStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Previous experience in an administrative role is preferableAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Why join us?Flexible working hours to maximize the value of your time.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Fun and informal workplace with a flat organizational structure.High-paced environment allowing quick progression from idea to action.Opportunities for personal and professional growth; we value a diverse team and encourage individuality.Lots of social arrangements, both arranged by the company and informal.Good flexible lunch and free parking.Hybrid position, 2-3 days remote per week
