PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:..

- Atender y responder las consultas o quejas de clientes de manera cortés y eficiente, informando de manera inmediata a su supervisor y llevando a cabo su seguimiento hasta asegurar su resolución de manera satisfactoria..
