ESG & NON FINANCIAL REPORTING TECHNICIAN

Be a sustainability champion! Help us write the next chapter in ESG! General Responsibility Directly reporting to the ESG Manager, you will develop ESG initiatives and participate in the ESG Road Map. This will include Carbon Footprint calculation and periodical update according to the Decarbonization Program. In addition, you will execute the finance monthly review of the business performance of certain subsidiaries. This position addresses combining experience in sustainability with experience in reporting, consolidation or controlling areas.This position reports to the ESG Manager and will have contact with senior level stakeholders, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills.Specific ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute & monitor ESG initiatives for the Group & lead their roadmap. Update initiatives at the ESG Committee.Calculate the Group's Carbon Footprint periodically and adjust it to the Decarbonization Plan.Prepare and present the Non-Financial Information Statement, Sustainability Report, or other ESG information requested by stakeholders such as ESG questionnaires / certifications.Support the implementation of the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Report (CSRD) / ESRS standards in the group.Identify opportunities to improve/ systematize data collection and reporting methods.Foster ESG in the Company culture: Facilitate employee training on the importance of Sustainability & ESG reporting.Monthly Review and Financial deep analysis of business performance of certain subsidiaries: PL & Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.Requirements and personal skillsEducation: Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Industrial Engineering or other Degree including Master in Finance / ESG.Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.(years/area): +3 years of experience in similar positions, especially in monitoring and reporting ESG (including calculation of the Carbon FootPrint), audit, consolidation and non financial reporting experience.Knowledge: Deep knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, as well as data management tools. Knowledge of accounting standards. Strong knowledge of MS Office.Travels: Willingness to travel 10%.Skills: Strong leadership, a high level of strategy and organizational and communication skills are essential.
