Identifying areas of optimization to maximize onsite conversion. A consumer first mindset and ambition to learn.RESPONSABILITIESReporting into eCommerce Manager you will be hands on supporting eCommerce team on the coordination and execution of commercial and marketing plans:Campaign content and product launch executionSupport eCommerce Manager on commercial and reporting tasksOnsite developmentPromotional planningUser journey optimizationContent ManagementOn-site merchandising to maximize consumer experienceConsumer Care improvementQA & UAT Support on development initiativesAssist with bugs and issuesMonitoring & Reporting key KPI’s in relation to commercial performanceBusiness Continuity supporting across the wider teamREQUIREMENTSNative GermanIdeally 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or a digital environment.
