So, if you enjoy working in a team, you are flexible, adaptable and you like to take on new challenges, join us!Job Description for Document Controller in Litek-Pharma The Document Controller is responsible for preparing the technical manuals of equipment in accordance with machinery safety regulations, pharmaceutical quality and the company's internal quality regulations, with the following responsibilities:Prepare the technical manuals of the machinery manufactured by Litek-Pharma (drafts and final versions)Ensure that the information contained in the manuals complies with the machine to which they correspondCollaborate in the establishment and maintenance of technical terms for specific elements of the machinery in Spanish and EnglishCollaborate in the management of the translation of manuals into specific languages (other than English and Spanish)Carry out the continuous improvement of the technical documentation of the machines, as well as the updating of standards adaptable to each projectSupport in the acquisition, maintenance and custody of the documentation related to pharmaceutical regulations.How a Document Controller in Litek-Pharma is At Litek-Pharma we expect you, as Document Controller, to meet the following requirements:Academic TrainingSuperior Training in Design and Publishing of Printed and Multimedia Publications, Mechanical Design or similar is valuedExperience and knowledge At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in a machinery manufacturing company are requiredKnowledge of the machinery manufacturing environment is requiredKnowledge of writing technical manuals or publications is requiredKnowledge of food industry, pharmaceutical or GMP environments is valuedLanguagesAt least a B2 level of English is required, C1 is betterComputer tools Experience using Microsoft Office tools is requiredExperience using Indesign, Composer 3D Via is requiredExperience using AutoCAD and Solid Edge is valuedSkills Planning and organisational skillsCustomer orientation (external and internal)Professional rigourResults and continuous improvement orientationTeamwork Analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer you at Litek-Pharma Work in an industry in continuous development and for leading clients of different nationalitiesJoin a team of experts in technology solutions for the pharmaceutical industryDevelop a career with future and continuous learning.You can also send us your CV through our webpage, using the following link: https://litek-pharma.com/en/join-our-team/
