¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Construir relaciones sólidas con gerentes y empleados basadas en el respeto y la confianza; para colaborar eficazmente, influir en la toma de decisiones y orientar sobre una variedad de temas confidenciales y sensibles.
Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
Gestión, medición y análisis del desempeño laboral.
Responsable de compensación y beneficios.
Asesorar y brindar apoyo de recursos humanos a líderes, equipos y empleados.
Apoyo y gestión en el área de nóminas.
Informar y colaborar en asuntos de relaciones laborales y asegurar que los programas adoptados tengan un impacto positivo en las relaciones laborales, minimizando los riesgos laborales.
Dirigir actividades relacionadas con la administración o estructuras de relaciones laborales legalmente requeridas, acuerdos colectivos de trabajo, todos los acuerdos extracontractuales y cualquier otra disposición que pueda ser aplicable.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones locales relacionadas con las relaciones laborales y los riesgos laborales preventivos (PRL).
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o disciplina relacionada.
Experiencia de 3 a 5 años como Generalista de Recursos Humanos.
Experiencia de 3 a 5 años gestionando relaciones laborales en España, haber participado con comités de empresa, sindicatos, liderazgo de planes de igualdad, seguridad y salud, entre otros.
Idealmente, conocimientos en Riesgos Laborales Preventivos (PRL).
Alto nivel de inglés.
