r What You"ll Do.
Part of the Retail Media Practice, the Solutions Director will be a key partner to both Product & Business teams.
They will be responsible with providing expertise & guidance to both our retail partners and commercial team to draw the most value from our platform technology.
They will also bring unique client needs & market input to the Product team to build on Criteo’s leading position in the Retail Media space.
The role will require constant communication & collaboration with our Product, Business, Operations and Marketing teams.
The Solutions Director’s ability to understand our environment from a business and product point of view will be seen as an important asset when working on our strategic initiatives & partnerships.
​ Work directly with global product & commercial leadership to best match client needs with our product strategy Lead & develop the global Solutions Architects team Oversee top retailer pitches, solution designs and contract negotiations Be the voice of the market in internal roadmap discussions, identify positioning & product gaps in Criteo’s offering Represent Criteo’s Retail Media business both internally and externally Who You Are.
Fluent English speaker Great people leader, able to lead a global team of senior contributors & build cross functional connections Keen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve difficult problems Candidate needs to be autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business Strong interpersonal skills.
