Our Team.
The mission of the Customer & Brand Management domain is to provide a central access point to all customer-related information and build product recommendations, based on rich customer profiles, to drive personalization across the Vistaprint customer experience.
In addition, the teams in this domain manage the customer account experience across all of Vistaprint’s brands and aim to create a delightful logged in customer journey.
You will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the development of how we offer Vistaprint customers a high degree of personalization at all touchpoints and be responsible for driving the strategic vision, setting the roadmap, and ensuring the seamless execution of the product teams.
You will collaborate with cross-functional team members, including leaders across Business, Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver delightful experiences that empower Vista’s customers to create an impression.
What You Will Do.
Team Leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
Strategy and Vision.
Define and implement the strategic vision for Product Presentation, aligning it with the Vista 3-yr vision and goals.
OKR Planning.
Coach teams to develop and manage key results in alignment with the central product strategy.
Customer Experience.
Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and seamless website experience, in partnership with your Design Lead.
Drive innovation.
Research AI and other technology trends and guide the teams to explore and innovate beyond current capabilities.
Analytics and Insights.
Apply data and analytics to gain insights into user behavior, identify areas for improvement, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience.
Market Awareness.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, integrating relevant insights into Vista’s product strategy.

8+ years of experience, 6+ in Product Management, E-Commerce experience preferred.
Demonstrate a high degree of accountability, customer obsession, and experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to balance the short- and long-term vision as well as balance the needs of the customer with what is viable for the business.
Passion for problem-solving and generating customer-first solutions with a positive “get it done” attitude.
Ability to influence and empower others, as well as to adapt and pivot when faced with challenges and obstacles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with solid examples of times you have used data to solve a problem or influence future product investments.
Experience working in an agile software development environment and working on complex and high-quality B2B/B2C web-based products.
Nice to Have.
Consistent record of building trust and effective communication with stakeholders.
Experience working at an organization with an empowered product team model.
Track record of successful collaboration with global, remote teams.
