This includes the design, development, maintenance, and support of the capabilities/services offered, as well as client engagement. This is a key leadership position within the organization, reflecting our commitment to growth and the aim to expand our team's global presence and improve our fluency and effectiveness within the digital business consulting space.For more information about UST Evolve: https://hubs.la/Q01W10gv0 Based in Spain - hybrid working - offices in Madrid and BarcelonaThe Opportunity:A pivotal role in advising clients on their business and technical challenges as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), identifying tight-sized innovative and transformational solutions that the client will engage and expand within their organization.With the country lead and the market heads to drive aggressive new business sales targets and work with the Global Head of Business Consulting to ensure a clear and consistent advisory voice to prospective clients, existing clients and internally to ensure UST Evolve aligns on offerings, services, and delivery globally.Strategies and formulate tactics to increase and protect the revenue of existing accounts or the region by accurately positioning consulting services and offerings through effective communication of business value. This applies from lead generation through delivery and on-going services.Create delivery strategies for projects across client accounts, promoting delivery excellence and digital transformation as appropriate, creating business outcomes that the client aims to achieve. Management of service levels and commitments.Key client and internal stakeholder relationships for engagements, setting expectations, and facilitating business requirement meetings and governance for engagements. Collaborate with client and organization stakeholders, driving through the end-to-end requirements of the delivery to ensure customer expectations are met.Digital transformation with clients and teams, focusing on service improvements and added value. Propose innovative ideas to the customer beyond standard delivery for all types of engagements.What you Need:We are seeking an individual with an exceptional blend of business insight, strategic thinking, and digital expertise, including the following:Leadership skills: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading change management initiatives.Mastery of English (fluency) – written, spoken and presentation15 years of experience in progressively responsible roles, demonstrating a track record of success in strategy development and digital execution (business strategy, digital strategy, or management consulting).Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, economics, or a related field. A master's degree in a digital field, such as Digital Transformation or MBA, will be highly valued.Strategic thinking, problem identification and problem-solving abilities.Entrepreneurial capability to identify business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to drive growth and digital competitive advantage is crucial.Expertise: A deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends - in digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and emerging technologies (such as AI, IoT, and blockchain) is highly desirable; with digital transformation initiatives and the ability to leverage digital tools for business optimization is essential.Management: The ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of results is critical.What we believe:We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
