As the Digital Science Programs and Project Delivery Lead, you will spearhead the execution and delivery of cutting-edge digital programs and projects.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, and R&D domains, focusing on digital solutions in areas such as Regulatory Science, Clinical Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Sustainability, and other science-related project activities.

Main responsibilities.
Ownership and Execution/ Outcomes.
Spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of Pharma Healthcare Digital Science programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Assess the impact of changes, scope adjustments, and risks on projects, working closely with divisional and senior management to gain agreement for effective resolution.
Specialized focus on digital Regulatory Science, Clinical Medical Affairs, PV (Pharmacovigilance), Sustainability, and other science-related project activities.
Demonstrate proficiency and visionary leadership with a strategic mindset, particularly in Science project management.
Lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration for successful project outcomes in the Science landscape.
Ensure triumphant execution and delivery of digital initiatives on a global scale, with a specific emphasis on Science project management.
Program/project Management.
Provide project management expertise throughout the various project phases, including schedule development, risk identification and control, budget management, and change request handling.
Resolve program issues by collaborating with product managers, stakeholders, and digital science teams.
Stakeholder Management.
Interface with senior management (SHLT, DLT) on significant matters, coordinating activities across organizational units.
Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, including commercial, legal, and regulatory partners.
Strategy and Collaboration.
Liaise with commercial, legal, and regulatory partners to align on vision, outcomes, goals, roadmaps, and business case.
Draft comprehensive program plans and estimate program effort and resource requirements using standard estimating techniques provided by \\Digital PMO and Science operations office.
Draft the creation of  Digital Health and Science program plans, estimate program effort, resource requirements using standard estimating techniques and tools, and by working with appropriate staff to understand scope and effort.
Incorporate the voice of the customer into projects and programs; understand the user experience and the evolving needs and workflows of our customers in the digital age.
Provide support for Project Capital spending requests, including delivery estimates.

Contribute to the forefront of innovation within the organization, particularly in Sciences, and R&D domains, leveraging digital science solutions.
Elevate the organization’s digital advancements in science and technology through strategic and impactful leadership.
Communication.
Communicate program status by preparing standard status reports and participating in departmental, program, and project status update meetings.
Serve as a role model by demonstrating a commitment to business priorities and high performance.
Communicate with the team, program, product leadership, and key stakeholders frequently and effectively.
About you  Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, project management or another discipline relevant for the role or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing digital science programs within the pharmaceutical and Lifesciences/healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, digital science solutions, and regulatory requirements in the Pharma Healthcare, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, and R&D domains.
Minimum 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry and/or management consulting group focused on R&D, Clinical, Regulatory IT program/project management.
Previous experience in the development, deployment, and/or maintenance of R&D,Clinical, regulatory and/or medical systems (Planisware, ERP, CTMS, Veeva-RIM, Promomats,CRM etc) Demonstrated knowledge of the global drug development process to ensure cross-functional connections and operational data model are appropriately and effectively communicated across the organization.
Experience in Software Development Life Cycles including requirements/specifications development and/or user acceptance testing for computer systems in GXP environment.
Experience of working in agile, DevOPs, mobile and cloud technologies with SDLC for GxP SaaS applications is a must.
Experience navigating large organizations and an understanding of complex stakeholder relationships is a must..

Ability to define areas of potential value through user research, market research, and industry / technical understanding.
PMP and Agile certification Preferred.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
