DIGITAL OPERATIONS & ANALYST STRATEGY LEAD

Position Purpose:The Digital Operations lead will play a key role in our Digital Transformation by driving the development of insights & quality of master data that deliver tangible value, both in terms of asset productivity, and sustainable growth from new digital customer propositions and new digital business models. This will be achieved by business partnering across the organization to generate insights and drive actions that deliver unrivaled value.Major/ Key Accountabilities:Work closely with the EU Digital team, Digital Customer Solutions Manager, PMO team, SoF & BXBD (and others) to execute digital deploymentsResponsible for:Driving the quality of master data and geolocationsDeveloping and understanding the hypotheses and requirements of each deployment;The production of analysis to meet those requirements;Turning analysis into insights that can be understood throughout the business;Acting with impartiality to ensure insight creates actions, and driving the completion of those actions across the business;Prioritising actions to have the most tangible impact for the business and to unlock new value;Measuring the value createdSupport the SoF Digitise Brambles team to develop a Self-Service Product for Repeatable Asset Diagnosis that ultimately regions and countries can use on their ownThe role will focus on digital deployments in SE, but importantly with a view to global translation aligned with our Digitise Brambles strategyLead the team, provide direction, define the plan for next FYs, set objectives, and oversee analytics to ensure qualityInform IBP cycles regarding digital deployments1st PoC for local commercial teams & in-country Digital Champions.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.Experience:Agile project management experience Experience in project management, preferably in consulting . Business Analyst.People management experience4 years+ experience working in a supply chain companyExperience working with Business Intelligence & Master Data teamsSkills & Knowledge:An interest in digital, and the desire to learn more and contribute to our digital futureStrong understanding of business metricsStrong networking and relationship building skillsExperience interpreting data and generating insights that can be easily understoodAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of an international teamExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior management teamsStrong time/project management and delivery skills and ability to adapt to multiple and shifting prioritiesResilience, perseverance and drive to problem-solveLanguages:English.
