Together we live our ‘One Le Creuset’ Values: PASSION, INTEGRITY, INNOVATION & EXCELLENCE, TEAMWORK.Main PurposeIn order to contribute to the company's transformation into a data-centric organization, we are looking to develop data led insights and ensure all our digital marketing and CRM decisions taken are data driven.As a part of our Digital Marketing & CRM team, you will give support for analysing the EMEA Le Creuset digital marketing channels providing customer’s behaviour insights & business insights with the aim to improve performance aligned with the EMEA marketing strategy.Your main mission will be to find insights which will help in optimizing digital business and improve consumer experience.You’ll build reports and dashboards that highlight issues but also opportunities to optimise and work with the Digital and CRM team.You will also participate in the analysis of consumer experience focused projects, A/B testing and personalisation.You will work closely with our Group Digital Analytics manager and our agencies to improve our data quality and develop new tracking solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTake charge of and successfully manage end-to-end analytical projects within the Digital and CRM department, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of data flow from source to dashboard implementation.Capture and analyse business use case scenario’s related with digital marketing and CRM area and translate them into reports or dashboards. Give support, define , execute and update analytics reports or/and dashboards to be shared with the stakeholders with the main digital key metrics. Define the most appropriate frequency and periodicity to cover the business use case.Offer guidance and support to the business teams from Europe Region. Organize training sessions, for end-users and key users in the different locations. Develop training material (manuals, video’s, online help, etc.) for helping to understand the reports, aligned with the training from the Group Digital Analytics Manager.Create and validate the coherence of the tracking specs based on the business requirements. Maintain tracking specs for any changes.Brief in new tracking implementation to the agency impacting both Europe region & Group levelAnalyse and debug when any issue with tagging or data collection is detected and then report back to agency and Group Digital Analytics ManagerUnderstand the Le Creuset data model & how Google Analytics has been set up. Be aligned with Data department, IT and Data analytics team from Europe and Group level for changes & new proposals.Ensure the data is translated into a meaningful, easily understood output - supported with recommendations to add value and drive action.Analyse digital marketing channels performance to provide insightful analysis helping the digital marketing team to reach business goals. Prepare findings and insight which can be applied at both Europe Region and Group level.Work with the Digital and CRM team to support and shape strategic digital initiative through the application of data and insight, drawing on knowledge from other teams (e.g. consumer analytics, CRM, Digital Research, and Digital Experience) where applicable.Generate new ideas from your data observations and understanding of the strategy and objectives of the digital marketing and CRM team, ensuring the constant evolution and improvement of the digital channel.Prepare the reporting and analysis of A/B test and personalisation campaigns including running deep dive analysis to unearth new insight, opportunities and hypothesis to feed into the roadmap.Knowledge RequiredEnglish: fluent.Basic knowledge of SQL is mandatory.Hands-on experience with one or more analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo...) and Tag Management Platforms (Google Tag Manager, Telium, Segment...)Ability to create clear data visualizations for diverse stakeholders using tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau or Looker StudioFamiliarity with a scripting language for data processing and development (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.Skills & QualificationsClear communicator, strong verbal and written skills to work with developers and technical people as well as marketing and other business stakeholders.Ability to adapt the message according to the profile of the stakeholders (meetings, chat conversation, documentation, reporting, follow ups…)Strong analytical and reporting skills.Logical analytical problem solver with great attention to detail.Proactive self-starter who is curious about how to get the most from our data.Highly organized and process-driven, with a passion for data and delivering meaningful insights.Teamwork capacity.Decisive person, with enthusiasm and commitment, goal-oriented, with the ability to adapt to change.Experience3+ years of experience in digital analytics using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics3+ year of experience with business intelligence platforms such as PowerBI (preferred), Tableau, Looker Studio / Google Data Studio...Experience working as a Digital Analyst, Marketing Analyst or Data Analyst.Experience working with different stakeholders (IT, Data departments, Business areas…) from different European regions, as a plus.Experience with online retailer would be a plus.You will be working with: Group Analytics ManagerDigital Marketing & CRM teamECommerce EuropeLocal marketing teamsBenefitsHybrid work-model23 days of vacationFlexible schedule, to guarantee life-work balance.Intensive schedule every Friday of the year and the whole month of August!A 50% discount in our storesWelcome pack between 1-3rd month.Coffee, tea, fruits at the officeMonthly special breakfast for all the office
