What you’ll do In this existing role you will develop the business of Volvo Cars Mexico through digital and connected services.
You will enable the business of Volvo Cars to become more efficient and successful in the usage of digital services.
As digital director importers you will be a real team player and be integrated in the business to capture the potential opportunities and to initiate the needed digital actions.
This to ensure Volvo Cars delivering innovative digital services that enable industry leading digital experiences which connect customers and cars across a global diverse market.
Your responsibilities will include.
Leading the Digital Team.
Leading a small, dedicated team responsible for Data & Analytics, Automation tools and the management of our website, app, and consumer data integrations.
Relationship Management.
Act as liaison officer between Importers and relevant digital organizations to utilize global solutions when applicable.
Manage the importer digital portfolio and integrations as cost efficient as possible (functionality, cost, lifecycle.) to create business value.
Consumer Experience and Insight.
Enhancing our capabilities to deliver superior consumer experiences by providing advanced methods and analytical tools for new consumer insights.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation.
Driving continuous improvement and automation projects aimed at easing the workload for importers and employees.
This involves focusing on adding value, eliminating waste and duplication, and creatively utilizing available tools to foster digital change.
Agility and Adaptation.
Exhibiting agility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
Promoting simplification through digitalization and the replacement of legacy digital products.
