DIGITAL ANALYTICS SPECIALIST (FOCUS ON GTM)

Would you like to continue your development as a Digital Analytics Specialist in a Swiss leading global company in the food and beverage industry, located in Barcelona?At Oxigent Technologies we are in the search of a DIGITAL ANALYTICS SPECIALIST with focus on Google Tag Management (GTM).What are you core activities?• Tag Implementation: Implementing tracking tags using Google Tag Manager across ecommerce websites and other digital platforms.• Data Layer Management: Ensure that the data layer is correctly implemented and structured to capture relevant information about user interactions and transactions on the website.• Configure tags within GTM to track specific events, such as product views, add to cart actions, checkout completions, and other important ecommerce metrics.• Integrate GTM with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other third-party analytics tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of user behavior and conversion metrics.• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of tags to ensure they are firing correctly and capturing the intended data. Troubleshoot and debug any issues with tag implementation or data accuracy.• Optimization and Iteration: Optimize tag configurations and data layer structure to improve tracking accuracy and enhance reporting insights. This may involve A/B testing different tag configurations or experimenting with new tracking methodologies.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, web development, and IT to gather requirements, implement tracking solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.Technical Stack required:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry• Proven technical expertise in implementation using Google Tag Manager or another tag management solution.• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a must.• Experience with GA4 configuration.• Understanding of front end and server-side technologies, including HTTP, cookies and related concepts.• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPAA, and ePrivacy directives with experience in implementing Consent Management Platforms.Soft Skills:• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with previous experience in international corporations.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Fluent in business English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.• Strong critical thinking, analytical and project management abilities.• Curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and explore new ideas.What do we offer you?• Permanent contract.• Salary according to the experience provided (up to 55.000 euros gross per year).• International and multicultural environment.• Educational vouchers.• Hybrid working model (2 days in office initially and later 4 days remote)• Flexible working hours.• Private medical insurance. • Special discounts on fitness and sport facilities.• Tax reduction: you will be able to dedicate part of your gross salary to different options such as transport, ticket restaurant, education, kindergarten and health insurance.• Many more benefits!
