I am providing clear and crisp insights for our Feature Teams and steer them towards optimal solutions based on real-world data to develop the next era of digitally enhanced travelling.What I’ll do:am responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data collection architecture, reports, metrics and analyses for different teamsam juggling all kinds of data, collect and analyze them and seek for patterns and trends to drive the digital acceleration and future customer experienceutilize big data and business intelligence technologies to shape and drive key business decisions to lift the project on the next levelmake my analysis results accessible by building and providing dashboards and reports based on business needsclosely align with business and management teams to assess business needscollaborate with the product teams to identify possibilities for improvement and adaptations regarding their digital productsam troubleshooting upcoming errors and problems regarding data pipelines, databases and reportsI can stand my ground and present, negotiate and discuss my findings constructively with different business and management partners while keeping business needs in mindwork pragmatically and support my team to deliver high quality solutions with speedwork in an international environment with a diverse teamWhat I’ll need:I have at least 3 years of experience as a Digital AnalystExperience in Customer Relationship Management (actual scope: Sales, Service and Marketing)Previous experience with CRM Tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel, Salesforce)Knowledge of data analytics concepts and implementationKnowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL…), Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI) Be able to analyse big data sets to enable product teams and sales to take decisionsDrive the output of teams by creating actionable insight / reporting Enable Product teams to take decisions.Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an agile environmentKnowledge of software-development processes, dependencies and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum and KanbanKnowledge of script languages such as Python, R, Scala e.g., with Apache Spark is a plusAmbition to master and not being intimidated by unstructured data and large datasetsWillingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving itVery good command of English languageWho I am:Self-starter – I don’t wait for others to get started.
