CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGER
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Desarrollar estrategias efectivas de gestión de valor del cliente, con el objetivo de mejorar la satisfacción, retención y fidelización.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos para alinear estrategias que generen valor para el cliente y refuercen la posición en el mercado.
Analizar datos y métricas clave para evaluar el rendimiento de las estrategias implementadas, identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
Desarrollar y presentar informes periódicos sobre el impacto de las iniciativas de valor para el cliente a nivel interno y externo.
Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado farmacéutico y de las regulaciones pertinentes en España para adaptar las estrategias según sea necesario.
Formación y Experiencia Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Análisis de Datos, Marketing o campo relacionado.
Se valorará el título de posgrado.
Rutina en el manejo de MS Office, CRM, PowerBI y sistemas de análisis.
Habilidades avanzadas de MS Excel (capaz de trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos).
Ideal 2 años de experiencia relevante en marketing, preferiblemente trabajando con sistemas CRM, entornos de datos y/o áreas CVM/CRM.
Inglés fluido escrito y hablado.
