¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Reportando al responsable de calidad, la persona seleccionada desarrollará las siguientes funciones.
Ser la primera respuesta con clientes/proveedores y dar soporte en cuestiones técnicas.
Atender reclamos de calidad, creación de informes 8D, registro y seguimiento de reclamaciones.
Cumplir los objetivos de satisfacción del cliente y respuesta a tiempo.
Apoyar en análisis de quejas, participación en reuniones de equipo y creación de informes de calidad.
Visitar frecuentemente a los clientes para alcanzar los estándares de Calidad.
Auditar periódicamente a los proveedores para asegurar el nivel de calidad, ayudándoles a innovar y desarrollar sus procesos.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos.
Ingeniería técnica.
Mínimo 2/3 años de experiencia en puesto similar sector automoción.
Conocimiento de los estándares de calidad ISO y IATF del sector automoción.
Avanzados conocimientos de Office (Word, Excek, Power Point y Outlook).
Inglés B2.
Preferiblemente C1.
