This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Malaga and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative on our team, you will.
- Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries - Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems - Work together as a group and achieve set goals Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of Eng - Are adaptable, customer focused and results orientated - Can learn tasks and processes - Desire to work with good customer experiences - Are energetic with well-developed communication skills - Have good telephone communication skills, and excellent time management skills - Have good computer skills, knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet.
