CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (GERMAN-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE - HIGH TECH INDUSTRY

In this dynamic role, youll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients products and/or services.

What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will.
- Support resellers service their customers - Assist with shipping supplies and parts for break and fix services - Perform administrative tasks Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you.
- Are proficient or bilingual in German and have an advanced English level.
