En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa, donde tenemos oficinas en puntos estratégicos como Barcelona, Madrid, París, Milán, Ámsterdam, Lisboa y Munich.
Como Customer Service Coordinator tus principales funciones serán:
Supervisar y coordinar un equipo de Customer Service Agents.
Recopilar, interpretar y mejorar todos los KPIs del departamento.
Atender las consultas de los clientes por medio de correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas o chat en vivo, tanto en ingles como en español.
Participar en procesos de mejora continua y recabar la opinión de los nuestros clientes y colaboradores.
Servir como punto de contacto para clientes.
Utilizar bases de datos para investigar y resolver las consultas de los consumidores.
