Trabajarás en una empresa proveedora de transporte privado con presencia en más de 190 países. Proporcionan sus servicios a clientes B2B (agencias de viaje y operadores de vuelos privados) para que ofrezcan sus servicios de chófers privados a sus clientes VIP.
Tareas
Como Customer Care Agent, en tu día a día:
- Controlarás las solicitudes entrantes de atención al cliente.
- Gestionarás las reservas de chofers.
- Gestionarás las solicitudes de presupuestos.
- Supervisarás la correcta ejecución de las reservas.
- Ofrecerás soluciones rápidas a los requerimientos de los clientes.
Requisitos
Eres la persona que buscamos si:
- Cuentas con al menos 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
- Tienes un nivel de inglés fluido (Mínimo C1). Otros idiomas son valorables.
- Tienes buenas habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
- Sabes trabajar bajo presión.
