CREDIT RISK MANAGER

You will work with our portfolio managers and to create a smooth process for credit assessment and approvals administrators.
Your main objective will be t allow the business to grow while maintaining a credit risk profile that meets the company's appetite for risk.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Promote a culture that results in an aggregate moderate-to-low risk portfolio.
- Establishes, implements, and manages administrative controls and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolios.
- Manages credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with portfolio managers.
- Analyse, underwrite and approve/disapprove credit requests and ensure that all credit requests come with the required supporting documents and data.
- Identifies potential problem credit profiles and work with business unit owners to minimize risk of losses.
- Advises staff, officers and/or business units on the company overall lending policies.
