This special person must be able to cook for up to 12 guests and 6 staff The candidate must be able to control and maintain our high standards of presentation for the guests on the hotel side, and have sufficient knowledge to be able to create invoices for guests and organise any requests.
They must be prepared to wait tables if guest numbers are low.
