VISIOTECH is a wholesale company based in Madrid, dedicated to the sale and distribution of video surveillance equipment and solutions across Europe and North Africa.
To support the strong business growth in recent years, we are looking to add a Sales/Account Manager to our team.

eporting to the Country Manager for Benelux, Nordics, Poland & DACH, you will join our team to work on developing the distribution of Security and Networking products, as well as managing pre and post-sales activities for the assigned client portfolio, both over the phone and via email.
he position will be based in Madrid in a hybrid model, and its main functions will include.
Advising customers on orders (order processing, anomalies, etc.).
Providing technical pre- and post-sales advice in the Networking (router, switch, access point, etc.) and security (TVCC, Intrusion, Access Control, etc.) fields.
Searching for substitute products (cross-selling).
Identifying customer needs to tailor the best product offering in every situation.
Calling customers to increase their purchases or to recover those who no longer buy.
Attracting new customers or business areas.
Reporting market information and providing action plans.
Supporting the marketing department (advertising material, newsletters, etc.).
