COLIVING CAMPUS MANAGER - PART TIME

The Coliving Campus Manager is responsible for kickstarting and running operations in our new market in Valencia.
As a part-time position, you will work 25 hours per week, which may include up to one evening per week and one weekend day per month.
This is a position for an entrepreneurial mind, with strong project management skills, capable of coordinating a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing his or her work on a daily basis.
It is an autonomous position, but not a solitary one.

Your mission As part of the Spanish Operations Team and first hire in Valencia, you are at the heart of the company’s experience, and will be responsible for the successful opening and management of our new residences in the city (one for now, but many more to come!).
Customer acquisition & sales.
support locally our sales team to generate and convert leads, carry out market analysis and do on-site visits Operations.
welcome new tenants, solve their problems, identify and manage external providers for property management and tenant services, and guarantee a good tenant satisfaction in our residences Community Development.
engage the residents in person and through the community app; create events & networking to facilitate and create links between residents Marketing.
Support the marketing team to create content about the local experience Become our Valencia expert.

You have complete fluency in Spanish and English.
