Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support 💫We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence at Revolut. Let’s get in touch.What You’ll Be DoingIdentifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risksDesigning, implementing, and testing controlsDeveloping and testing key proceduresCreating and reviewing key risk indicatorsRegistering risk eventsManaging and delivering risk incident reportsWhat You'll NeedA 2:1 degree from a top university 3+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management or Management Consulting in financial servicesExperience managing risks in the finance departmentExperience with internal finance controls and SOXPrevious examples of practically interpreting and organising complex dataA solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)The ability to quickly assume responsibilitiesAn organised and methodological approachImpressive interpersonal skillsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
