Scopo del ruolo il Business Planning & Development Specialist rappresenta la figura di supporto chiave sul business per quanto riguarda il controllo e l’analisi della produttivita’ del canale di vendita, assicurando una lettura approfondita del canale e delle performance commerciali, fungendo da business developer attraverso lo studio e la ricerca di nuove linee strategiche.
Principali responsabilità •    Controllare e analizzare la produttività del canale di vendita suggerendo nuove linee strategiche •    Assicurare il coordinamento generale del budget sia nella definizione che nell'allocazione e nella relativa spesa •    Assicurare, per le attività di Business Sales e Large Enterprise in service, la relativa reportistica sull'andamento dei canali e sulle performance commerciali.
Set minimo di competenze, conoscenze ed esperienze richieste •    Data analysis e approccio analitico •    2/3 anni di esperienza in realta’ multinazionali strutturate •    Forte conoscenza / competenza di attivita’ di budgeting e Reporting •    Business sales channels knowledge Nice to have.
ulteriori qualifiche tecniche e professionali •    Customer orientation •    Buone doti relazionali / comunicative •    Visione strategica •    Conoscenza del settore TELCO/ICT e dei rispettivi prodotti e servizi •    Inglese fluente Sede.
